Makalink awards the users with digital rewards for interacting with the application combining 3 of the most powerful award systems: Points, Achievements, and Ranks.
Here is a quick explanation of all the elements for you:
Points Types
Makalink defines unlimited user points wallets named points types.
Examples: Credits, Gems, Coins, etc
Points Awards
Points awards are automatic ways a user could retrieve an amount of a points type.
Examples: 10 credits for commenting on a post, 10 gems for publishing a page, 10 coins for visiting the Makalink website
Points Deducts
Points deductions are automatic ways a user could lose an amount of points type.
Examples: -10 credits for commenting on a post, -10 gems for deleting a page, -10 coins for visiting the Makalink website
Achievement Types
Makalink defines unlimited achievements to award to the users' named achievement types.
Examples: Badges, Quests, etc
Achievements
In each achievement type, Makalink can configure unlimited achievements to award the users for interacting with the Makalink website.
Examples: Badge 1, Quest 1, etc
Steps
Steps are the conditionals of an achievement to be considered complete.
Rank Types
Makalink defines unlimited ranks that the users can reach named rank types.
Examples: Grades, Levels, etc
Ranks
In each rank type Makalink can configure unlimited ranks that the userscan reach for interacting with Makalink website.
Examples: Grade B, Level 1, etc
Rank requirements
Rank requirements are the conditionals an user needs to achieve to get granted to a specific rank.
